Jaël's three contexts
This guide covers, in writing, what the video "Jaël's three contexts" shows. It is for estate agencies using the RealE_IA CRM.
Jaël is the CRM's assistant. From the same screen she can answer from three different sources: the data in a case, the verified documentation and general knowledge. Knowing which one she is using is what lets you trust the answer.
1. A case: your client's data
From a case, click Talk to Jaël. The conversation opens with that case as its context: the client, their messages, their tasks and the action plan.
In the video, using a sample case with fictitious data, Jaël summarises the client's budget, the area she is looking in and the number of bedrooms, and points out the details missing from the record.
- Jaël summarises and flags; the agent decides the next step.
- Talking to Jaël about a case counts as working on it: if the case had no owner, it becomes yours.
2. Verified documentation: taxes, regulations and deadlines
For questions about the taxes, regulations or deadlines of a property purchase, Jaël answers only from her verified documentation:
- she cites the source and the date that come with that documentation;
- she does not make up figures, percentages or deadlines;
- if the answer is not in the documentation, she says she has not verified it.
This works the same way in CRM mode and in Expert mode, in the general conversation with Jaël and also from a case. Before you start, Jaël also shows some common questions: when you pick one, it is typed into the box and you can refine it before sending it. For Jaël to recognise the question, name the tax or the procedure (ITP transfer tax, plusvalía, NIE, deeds, mortgage, renting…): "the deadline" on its own is not enough. If your question is about your agency's data ("my leads", "the case file for…"), Jaël answers from that data. That applies to tax questions too: if the question names the case ("how much ITP will the client in this case pay?"), the answer does not come from the verified documentation and carries no source or date. For the tax itself, ask without naming the case.
Jaël's answers explain; they do not replace a professional when a question concerns a specific case.
3. General knowledge: Expert mode
At the top of the conversation there is a button that switches mode:
- CRM: Jaël sticks to your agency's data. She always starts in this mode.
- Experto (Expert): she can also draw on general knowledge for guidance, drafting, translation or calculations.
In Expert mode, Jaël flags when an answer is general guidance rather than something from your agency's data. Expert mode does not look up market data for your area. Before you give a client or publish a market figure, check its date and its source.
Expert mode is available by default to everyone in the agency.
In short
- Case: answers from that case's data. Use it to prepare the next step with a client.
- Verified documentation: answers from official sources, with their date. Use it for taxes, regulations and deadlines.
- Expert: answers from general knowledge, and says so. Use it for guidance, drafting, translation and calculations.
You choose the context, check the source and keep the decision.
Subscription
Jaël is part of the agency subscription. From 2 November 2026, an agency without an active subscription can still sign in and see its data, but Jaël does not answer.
