The agency's verifiable memory
This is the written guide to the video "The verifiable memory". It covers the same ground as the video, so you can read it without loading YouTube.
What it is for
An agency builds up contracts, case files, properties and relationships between people. In RealE_IA, those documents make up the agency's knowledge base, and Jaël answers from them.
The answer alone is not the point: you need to be able to check it. Every answer shows where it comes from.
Where to find it
In the RealE_IA CRM, go to Knowledge and click Open Jaël V2.0. The panel opens in a new tab, using your CRM session. Questions are asked under Validación (Validation), in the Pregunta a Jaël (Ask Jaël) section.
What the panel shows
- The agency's documents that Jaël has in its knowledge base.
- The Mapa de relaciones (Relationship map), only in the demonstration agency: a summary of how many nodes (people, properties, contracts, regulations), how many relationships there are between them, how many communities (groups of closely related items), and the most connected entities. A client agency does not have this map: the panel does not show that section, and everything else works as usual.
In the video's demonstration, the panel brings together ten documents and a map with 28 nodes, 82 relationships and 4 communities. The agency in the video is a demonstration agency: its data is made up.
What you can ask
Questions about the agency's own documents, as in the video:
- What charges are there on PROP-001?
- Why might it be sensible to wait on PROP-002?
- How are Martin, Javier and Sant Vicent connected?
- Summarise the agency mandate.
How to read an answer
Below each answer, Jaël shows:
- Where it comes from: whether it used the agency's documents, whether the relationships between documents contributed (this can only happen in the demonstration agency, the only one with a map), whether it used the CRM, or whether the answer came from the corpus of verified facts.
- The sources: the documents used, with an excerpt from each.
- The confidence score: a percentage that measures how closely the passages found match the question. It helps you review the answer; it does not guarantee that the answer is right. When the answer comes from the corpus of verified facts, the panel shows Verificada (Verified) instead of a percentage.
Legal and tax questions
When a question is about taxes or regulations and names the tax or the procedure (ITP transfer tax, plusvalía, NIE, deeds, mortgage, renting…), Jaël answers from the corpus of verified facts: each fact carries its official source and its date. If a fact has not been verified, Jaël says so instead of answering from memory. If the question names one of the agency's documents or references, such as PROP-001, Jaël answers from the agency's documents.
Jaël's answers are information: they do not constitute legal advice.
When Jaël does not know
If the answer is neither in the agency's documents nor in the corpus, Jaël says so. In the video, it is asked for a notary's opening hours: it acknowledges that it has nothing verified on it and does not answer from memory.
A practical rule: if an answer shows no source, treat it as unverified, and check it before passing it on to a client.
Good to know
- The panel's screens are in Spanish. Corpus questions and their answers appear in English or Spanish, depending on your browser's language.
- From 2 November 2026, an agency without an active subscription can still sign in to the CRM and view its data, but Jaël V2.0 neither opens nor answers.
